Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 24gb website or mobile platform, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding, so please read the full document carefully before registering or making any financial transactions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform and do not complete the account registration process. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to adults only — that is, individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in violation of this rule will be closed immediately. 24gb is authorized for personal entertainment use only; commercial use of the platform, operation of bots or automated software, and any other form of misuse are explicitly prohibited. By using our services, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement as an independent and informed individual.
Account Registration & Security
To open an account with 24gb, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time. Each individual may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and must not share this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. For your security, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
As part of the identity verification process, we may request a copy of your National ID card or passport. Withdrawal functionality may be limited until this verification is complete. All information you provide is kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or transferred to third parties. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 24gb platform, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity. Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on 24gb are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — no other methods are accepted. Deposit amounts are verified, and any unusual or suspicious transactions may be held for investigation. Large withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete. All bonuses and promotional offers carry specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
We follow international standards for anti-money laundering and are obligated to share information with relevant authorities when required. Funds deposited on the platform may only be used for gaming and betting purposes and cannot be transferred to third-party accounts. Any transaction disputes or complaints must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. We reserve the right to forfeit any balance where clear evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for compensation in the event of temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, network outages, or other factors, though we will always work to restore normal service as quickly as possible. 24gb is not directly responsible for issues arising from third-party software or game providers. Our liability will remain within the maximum limits permitted under applicable law.
We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. 24gb is committed to maintaining a high standard of service and carries out regular system maintenance. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible before any significant maintenance work.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
All content published on the 24gb platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, game designs, and other materials — is protected by our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Use of 24gb's trademarks, brand name, or logo without our prior written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to take action under applicable law in the event of any intellectual property infringement. The intellectual property rights of any third-party games and content displayed on the platform remain with the respective providers.
Our platform may include links to or integrations with third-party game providers, payment gateways, and other services. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Users will generally be notified by email before an account is closed, though in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice. If an account is closed, the return of any remaining valid balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation, and balances connected to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team, and we will process such requests as promptly as possible.
24gb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website and, where applicable, notify users by email. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute between 24gb and a user will first be addressed through negotiation and mutual agreement. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh. Users acknowledge that these terms shall serve as the primary document in all disputes related to gaming and betting activities. If any provision of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
